A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.
ADHD Advisor is a self-pay practice, so we do not bill insurance directly — but we can provide a superbill upon request.
What information is included?
A superbill typically includes:
• provider information
• dates of service
• billing codes
• diagnosis codes
• services provided
This information allows your insurance provider to review your claim.
Can I get reimbursed?
You may be eligible for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.
👉 However:
• reimbursement is not guaranteed
• coverage depends entirely on your insurance plan
How do I request a superbill?
To request a superbill, contact our support team:
Email: support@adhdadvisor.org
Please include:
• your full name
• the date(s) of service
• any specific requirements from your insurance
When should I request a superbill?
You can request a superbill:
• after your appointment
• for one or multiple visits
👉 We recommend checking with your insurance provider first to confirm what they require.
Important notes
• ADHD Advisor does not submit claims on your behalf
• we do not guarantee reimbursement
• your insurance provider determines eligibility and coverage
