💳 What is a superbill?

A superbill is a detailed receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement.

ADHD Advisor is a self-pay practice, so we do not bill insurance directly — but we can provide a superbill upon request.

What information is included?

A superbill typically includes:
    â€¢    provider information
    â€¢    dates of service
    â€¢    billing codes
    â€¢    diagnosis codes
    â€¢    services provided

This information allows your insurance provider to review your claim.

Can I get reimbursed?

You may be eligible for reimbursement if your plan includes out-of-network benefits.

👉 However:
    â€¢    reimbursement is not guaranteed
â€¢    coverage depends entirely on your insurance plan

How do I request a superbill?

To request a superbill, contact our support team:

Email: support@adhdadvisor.org

Please include:
    â€¢    your full name
    â€¢    the date(s) of service
â€¢    any specific requirements from your insurance

When should I request a superbill?

You can request a superbill:
    â€¢    after your appointment
â€¢    for one or multiple visits

👉 We recommend checking with your insurance provider first to confirm what they require.

Important notes
â€¢    ADHD Advisor does not submit claims on your behalf
â€¢    we do not guarantee reimbursement
â€¢    your insurance provider determines eligibility and coverage
