Below are the most common reasons — and how to fix them.
1. No available appointment credits
Appointments are booked using credits tied to your selected service or subscription.
If you don’t have an available credit, you won’t be able to schedule.
What to do:
• make sure you’ve purchased a service or have an active subscription
• check that your payment has been processed
• contact support if you’re unsure about your credits
2. No available provider times
Providers control their own schedules, and availability may be limited.
You may not see any booking options if:
• your provider has no open time slots
• availability in your state is limited
• appointments are fully booked
What to do:
• check back later for new availability
• contact support for help finding an alternative provider
3. Your account setup isn’t complete
In some cases, you may not be able to book if:
• your account has not been fully set up
• required steps haven’t been completed
What to do:
• make sure your account is fully created
• confirm your information is complete
4. Your subscription needs to be updated
If you’re enrolled in a subscription:
• your billing cycle may need to renew before new credits are issued
• your subscription may be paused or inactive
What to do:
• confirm your subscription is active
• contact support if you believe something is incorrect
5. You recently missed or canceled an appointment
If an appointment was:
• missed (no-show), or
• canceled within 12 hours
additional steps may be required before booking again.
What to do:
• contact support to review your account
• we’ll help restore your ability to schedule if applicable
6. Appointment type mismatch
Sometimes, booking issues happen when:
• the appointment type doesn’t match your available credit
• your account needs to be adjusted to match the correct service
What to do:
