Important timing guidelines

Your appointment status — and how it may impact your account — depends on when the request is made.

More than 12 hours before your appointment
    •    your appointment can be canceled or rescheduled
    •    no late cancellation applies


Within 12 hours of your appointment
    •    the appointment is considered a late cancellation or no-show
    •    this may impact your appointment credits or scheduling


Missed appointments (no-show)

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment:
    •    the appointment is marked as a no-show
    •    this may affect your ability to reschedule without additional steps


What happens when you reschedule?

If you reschedule your appointment:
    •    our team will help ensure the correct appointment credit is available
    •    you’ll receive instructions on how to book your new appointment
