Booking fees and appointment charges
When you purchase a service, you may pay a portion upfront (such as a booking fee) and the remaining balance after your appointment is completed.
• If your appointment is completed, charges are typically considered final
• If your appointment did not take place, your situation may be eligible for review
Subscription charges
If you are enrolled in a subscription (such as medication management or therapy):
• charges are billed on a recurring basis
• if you no longer wish to continue, please contact support to cancel or update your subscription
Refunds for subscription charges may be reviewed depending on timing and usage.
