If your pharmacy says they haven’t received your prescription, don’t worry — this is usually something we can resolve quickly.
Step 1: Confirm timing
Prescriptions are typically sent after your appointment if medication is prescribed.
In many cases, this happens the same day — but it may take some time to process.
👉 We recommend waiting a short period after your appointment before following up with your pharmacy.
Step 2: Double-check your pharmacy details
Make sure the correct pharmacy is on file:
• correct pharmacy name
• correct location (city/state)
• correct contact information
If anything is incorrect or has changed, this can delay your prescription.
Step 3: Contact our support team
If your pharmacy still has not received your prescription, please reach out to us so we can help.
Include the following information:
• your full name
• medication name (if known)
• pharmacy name and location
• a brief description of the issue

Common reasons this happens
There are a few common reasons your pharmacy may not see the prescription yet:
-
Processing delays
- Pharmacies may take time to receive and process electronic prescriptions.
-
Pharmacy system issues
- Occasionally, prescriptions may not appear right away due to internal pharmacy system delays.
-
Pharmacy selection needs to be updated
- If your pharmacy information needs to be updated or corrected, the prescription may need to be resent.
-
Medication availability
- If a medication is out of stock, the pharmacy may not process it until availability is confirmed.
Need to change your pharmacy?
