Step 1: Sign up and complete your intake

Start by:
    •    creating your account
    •    completing intake forms and questionnaires

These help your provider understand your symptoms and history before your appointment.


Step 2: Book your appointment

Once your account is set up, you can:
    •    choose a time that works for you
    •    schedule your appointment online
    •    get matched to a licensed provider


Step 3: Meet with your provider

During your appointment:
    •    your provider will review your information
    •    conduct a comprehensive ADHD evaluation
    •    discuss your symptoms and goals


Step 4: Receive your diagnosis and next steps

After your evaluation, your provider will:
    •    determine whether you meet criteria for ADHD
    •    recommend next steps for care

This may include:
    •    treatment recommendations
    •    discussion of medication (if appropriate)
    •    ongoing support options


Step 5: Continue care (if needed)

If ongoing care is recommended:
    •    you can schedule follow-up appointments
    •    your provider will monitor progress and adjust your care plan
