    •    therapy services

If you are enrolled in medication management:
    •    you’ll be billed on a recurring basis (usually monthly)
    •    your subscription includes ongoing care with your provider
    •    this may include follow-up appointments, medication monitoring, and treatment adjustments

👉 Your provider will determine what care is appropriate based on your needs.


When does billing occur?

Subscriptions are billed automatically based on your billing cycle.
    •    billing typically begins after your initial service, if applicable
    •    charges will continue unless the subscription is updated or canceled


What does my subscription include?
